3/10"I recently visited Kaiseki and, while I appreciated the effort put into the food and ambiance, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of tap water. Access to tap water is a basic need, much like the availability of restrooms or utensils—it’s a fundamental part of hospitality. The absence of such a simple and essential service left me with a sour impression, overshadowing what could have been a great experience. Offering tap water isn’t just about meeting a need; it’s about showing respect and care for your guests. Without it, the overall dining experience feels incomplete and, frankly, unwelcoming. I hope this feedback inspires change, as providing such a basic courtesy could significantly elevate the guest experience."
