10/10Nigrum’s setting in the 600-year-old ruins of an abandoned aqueduct is very cool and atmospheric. We had a drink at the excellent bar before proceeding to our table. We’ve eaten all around Europe, but this is one of our favorite places now. Everything was outstanding. The food and service were excellent. We woukd definitely recommend.

9.5/10A bit of a pop atmosphere, but the food was meticulously prepared and service excellent. We had wine by the glass, but sommelier was very helpful and good choices at relatively reasonable prices for Baden Baden.

10/10In one word 'outstanding " The welcoming staff , the service, the ambience, the taste of food were all excellent. When visiting Baden Baden, u can not miss Nigrum restaurant.

8/10food was very creative and very well-made but i feel their menu could be more cohesive - flavours were a little scattered and some dishes fell a little flat. service was impeccable and had a wonderful time overall.
