8/10The food was very creative and very tasty. I felt for the supposed quality of the restaurant, the service fell a little short of expectations. It wasn’t quite a warm welcome and felt very mechanic. If I were to compare with similar restaurants in town, I wouldn’t rate this as the best.

10/10Nigrum’s setting in the 600-year-old ruins of an abandoned aqueduct is very cool and atmospheric. We had a drink at the excellent bar before proceeding to our table. We’ve eaten all around Europe, but this is one of our favorite places now. Everything was outstanding. The food and service were excellent. We woukd definitely recommend.

9.5/10A bit of a pop atmosphere, but the food was meticulously prepared and service excellent. We had wine by the glass, but sommelier was very helpful and good choices at relatively reasonable prices for Baden Baden.
