Nigrum’s setting in the 600-year-old ruins of an abandoned aqueduct is very cool and atmospheric. We had a drink at the excellent bar before proceeding to our table. We’ve eaten all around Europe, but this is one of our favorite places now. Everything was outstanding. The food and service were excellent. We woukd definitely recommend.

A bit of a pop atmosphere, but the food was meticulously prepared and service excellent. We had wine by the glass, but sommelier was very helpful and good choices at relatively reasonable prices for Baden Baden.

Ït was at the level of a gastronomique restaurant for this price! even if some codes were there, I was not amazed by food generally. Starters were ok, but the main dish duck and desserts were good but nothing like amazing for this price! and finally the card was really confusing as well, and in gastronomique restaurant, you don't have a card but you have story that links all the different courses. So clearly really disappointed => 360EUR for 2 persons included 1 glass of champagne + 1 glass of red wine each and 3 courses. (starter main meal + dessert)

Outstanding food and service. We have dined in many Michelin Starred restaurants and this is right up there with the best of them. More relaxed and comfortable than most and with exceptional staff.

Second time-came especially and were…. disappointed. Menue average-no surprises. Owner concentrated on two guest parties. Co-owner.Chef de service tried but was „to agitated“. Such restaurant shouldnt need music. Pauses between zhe meals too long. Sorry but this time not happy with „value for money“….

Great restaurant with good price to value ratio. The food was very delicious and the staff was very kind and attentive. The wine assortment provided some very pleasantly tasting surprises from South Tyrol and southern Germany. We would go there any time again once we are back in Baden-Baden.

We visited this restaurant for dinner as a couple. The interior is decorated very stylishly. Friendly, polite and very professional waiters. Interesting menu. We took a set of 6 dishes and wine accompaniment. Everything was very tasty, interesting combinations of products, beautiful presentation of dishes, extensive wine list. Reservation is required. We'll be happy to come again.

We went today at the restaurant and it were mind blowing! Let’s start with the food- the food were delicious outstanding and very beautiful plated. But we must enjoyed the service and the environment. The waiters were very friendly and kind and together with the excellent food it were outstanding! If you want to enjoy your food and experience another stage of enjoyment go eat there

A wonderful and memorable dining experience for our Christmas Dinner. The food, the service has created, in our opinion, a unique Christmas gift. From the welcome to the goodbye, the crew were welcoming and friendly. They added to the event along with the quirky decor.

Wonderful food, we had the full 8 course meal and loved each one of them (although it is quite a lot, even as we came in very hungry). The service was great, professional and friendly (and in English), The eclectic design is beautiful, combining various styles. Highly recommended!

A wonderful surprise, our first time at Nigrum. This is an original, top quality gourmet restaurant, at the same level as Michelin 1 star restaurants. The food is a fusion of classic french, Asian touches, modern Spanish ... altogether we would recommend 6 courses or more for a quality experience. Decent wine selection as well. The personnel was very professional and the service was attentive. Courses were accurately described, serving timing was ok, and the drinks service was prompt. We will come back.
