9/10The restaurant is great, I loved the decoration and ambiance. The staff are the friendliest ever!! We ordered typical food which was great, the only thing was a steak which was well done, not nice. I would recommend to stick to typical food, it is way nicer.

8/10The Pantry is a very cute little restaurant that delivers on what they advertise: Dutch home cooking. They handle a large volume of diners well and the service was good and fast. We tried several different things. I tried the split pea soup and had a vegetarian mixed plate. The soup was simple but good. The vegetarian plate came with mayonnaise all over it. While this is a very common condiment in Holland, I dislike it, and it was not stated on the menu that it came this way or would have asked they leave it off. My husband got the beef stew with potatoes and red cabbage. The beef and cabbage were very sweet. Ultimately, while we would not choose to eat here again given that the food was just okay, but it was a fun experience to try once.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with authentic decor adding to the atmosphere. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece, bursting with flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend trying their traditional Dutch specialties, each bite was a celebration of Dutch culinary heritage. 10/10The Pantry has a helpful menu with 4 clearly highlighted selections, and the dishes met our expectations about the seasonal Dutch cuisine. They were very fresh and delicious, homemade quality. Very welcoming people and recommendable restaurant!

10/10It is the best restaurant we tried coming to the Netherlands. Service was good, menu had like 5-6 languages to accommodate tourists from all over the world. I would definitely come back next time I'm in town.

8/10A cute little restaurant that was very welcoming and very Dutch. It was quite crowded but had a nice friendly ambience. Felt like we were in Oma’s kitchen. Food was plain country style but delicious.

10/10The restaurant had a cozy and friendly environment as we walked in. The service was great and the food was even better. It was our first time in Amsterdam and having dutch food, so it was a great introduction to the Dutch culture. We will definately come back here again.

5/10The food is a touch above average, but the service was subpar. Empty plates and glasses on the table for ~15 minutes while employees are eating behind the bar isn’t a good look or experience. Have been looking forward to coming here since our last visit to Amsterdam last June (now January) and can say this is a pass while you visit Amsterdam.

10/10Local deutsch cusine, friendly to foreigners. The restaurant is small but well decorated, cosy atmosphere. They offer 4 types of lunch menu including starters main dish and dessert with high ratio of quality/ price. To be noted that the restaurant is always full , so better take a reservation if you plan to visit.
