9/10A family restaurant, they give us a very nice table next to window, service quick and warm, suggested us delicious local beer, they waited until we finish to close the restaurant. Only thing need to walk a while from city center.

10/10The goat cheese croquettes, the salted pork, even the butter (bread & butter appetizer) was amazing! And of course the dessert - we had the caramel ice cream. But everything others had looked fabulous also. Thank you for a great experience.

9.5/10Food here is good. My dining companion had a steak. It looked like it was cooked as he requested and he said it was delicious. I had sausage with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut. Very good!

10/10Make a reservation! You’ll be served authentic Dutch cuisine with a smile. It’s a crowded setting, decorated with local finds that make you feel like you’re eating in a private residence. We had The Pantry house beer, cheese croquettes, sausages, fondue, schnapps…A memorable evening for all the right reasons. Top notch.

Best meal we had during our trip!! I would highly recommend The Pantry for lunch or dinner! We loved the pea soup and the Meal #5. It made ordering much easier! The picture menu and friendly staff made the experience much easier. It’s a tight squeeze in the restaurant but you’re in for a treat. Be sure to book a reservation in advance!!

We were welcomed warmly to the Pantry for lunch. We enjoyed traditional dishes. We especially enjoyed the rye bread. We appreciated the Pantry's host spending time with us answering questions about how the bread was made. We would recommend the Pantry. We recommend going for lunch as the Pantry is in high demand. Reservations are best.

10/10We felt so welcome from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. Service was so kind, fun and helpful. The food was delicious. We had croquettes, pickled herring, bitterballen, oven bake, stammpot and 3 different desserts. Can’t wait to return on next visit to Amsterdam!!!

zuurkoolstamppot is good, the others sausage and potato mash tastes ordinary like they’re bought from supermarket. the soup tastes horrible. It’s not worth queueing up for this and plus the service is hard to describe.

Booked ages before, I could be no more happy. The place is super nice, with beautiful portraits and canvas about the city and their history. The staff was super fun and very professional! Scott the food.. Well.. The food was just amazing! Every single dishes we took was tasty! Too bad Italy is too far to go there every week! 10/10
