Best meal we had during our trip!! I would highly recommend The Pantry for lunch or dinner! We loved the pea soup and the Meal #5. It made ordering much easier! The picture menu and friendly staff made the experience much easier. It’s a tight squeeze in the restaurant but you’re in for a treat. Be sure to book a reservation in advance!!

We were welcomed warmly to the Pantry for lunch. We enjoyed traditional dishes. We especially enjoyed the rye bread. We appreciated the Pantry's host spending time with us answering questions about how the bread was made. We would recommend the Pantry. We recommend going for lunch as the Pantry is in high demand. Reservations are best.

We felt so welcome from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. Service was so kind, fun and helpful. The food was delicious. We had croquettes, pickled herring, bitterballen, oven bake, stammpot and 3 different desserts. Can’t wait to return on next visit to Amsterdam!!!

zuurkoolstamppot is good, the others sausage and potato mash tastes ordinary like they’re bought from supermarket. the soup tastes horrible. It’s not worth queueing up for this and plus the service is hard to describe.
