10/10What a wonderful restaurant! The food was modern, innovative and tasted incredible. I had the tasting menu of six courses which was punctuated with various ‘mis en bouche’ which were all delicious too. The service could not be faulted very attentive without being over the top. I would go back in a heartbeat!

9.5/10Definitely one of the very best Restaurant. Cooking skills are insane!! I think it should be more expensive. They gave us everything everything. Heart&Soul. However it is 2024 and 85 euros for this food experience is to less money. Sound design is lit as well :) the last food experience on this level was for me Fäviken Are Sweden ;) c u soon Ruby

10/10Amazing Michelin restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam. A stunning find indeed! Pre-booked this tasting experience at Vermeer prior to arrival on a quick city break and glad we did. The whole evening was superb from start to finish. We were made to feel exceptionally welcome and the food was sublime. We have eaten in a handful of Michelin restaurants around the world and for us this is definitely in the top 3. A focus on fresh local produce pulls through every dish served and the flavours are simply amazing. We will most certainly be returning in the near future.

8/10The food was very good. Service was spotty. A bit abrupt. Surprised with the charges on coffee and water ( considering we had ordered a 5 course menu). But would visit again.

10/10Upon arrival we were greeted cordially at the door. The service and meal were exceptional. The description of the courses as they arrived was done very well and even some of them by the chef himself! A perfect celebratory dinner to cap off a wonderful few days in Amsterdam.

8.5/10The food was excellent. Chef Chris Naylor composed a well balanced menu, and his personal attention of Chris at our table emphasized the importance of high quality food, with high quality craftemanship. The service by the waiters at the table was effective but far from subtle. It would be fitting in a sports eventbut not in a high quality restaurant. I have to be fair to some of the waiters. They were more discreet and more pleasant to have at the table. The music was absolutely not matching the quality of the meal. The music would fit better at Stabucks.

10/10A superb meal - every course was first class. Great flavour combinations, fresh ingredients and the wine pairing really added to the taste experience. Also, friendly and attentive service. We were really surprised that Chris Naylor hasn’t been awarded a Michelin Star - he certainly deserves one!

10/10We were party of 3 ppl, celebrating birthday. We had absolutely amazing evening qt Vermeer. The food was delicious each dish better than the previous one. The wine pairings were excellent. 10/10One of the best food experiences we have ever had. The food was fantastic and the wine was paired perfectly. Had the 6 course meal and wit the extras there were 10 dishes on total, each one got better and better

10/10This restaurant was our favorite while in Amsterdam. The sauces really made the dishes and the pacing is perfect. The chef served one of the dishes himself which was a very nice touch.

10/10Took my boyfriend there to celebrate his 30th birthday. Ordered the entire menu with whine pairing. Amazing service, amazing wine and great location. Would absolutely recommend it. The quality versus cost is just silly. Sooo good

10/10My husband and I had a great time dining in this restaurant last night. The food quality, presentation and service was beyond excellent. The staff greatly coordinated dishes arrival and removing. One more note about their washrooms - they were impacably clean.

10/10Outstanding meal, one of the best I've had. Supported by brilliant service. Obviously not cheap, but you get what you pay for. And what you get here is superb food, in a lovely ambience, served by warm and attentive staff. Go for it.

9/10It was a great experience for my daughter's birthday dinner. The restaurant team gave her a birthday card with all the team member signed, It was so sweet. Moreover , the service during the whole night was great. Food quality was high and well presented. The wine list was excellent with lots of wine from small region to choose from. Definitely will return if I drop by Amsterdam again.

10/10We went for the 5 course menu with matching wines. The whole meal was excellent with service to match being guided through each course with good explanations of the food and wine. Not rushed at all so a most enjoyable three hours.

3.5/10We were very disappointed with this restaurant. The food had such a strong and vinegary tastes we couldn't it it. To put the cherry on the cake the price was colossal. Never again.

10/10Excellent ambiance and service that was both polished and genuine. We had the five course menu that was actually eight courses with the surprises, and left feeling completely full. Delicious food, inventive use of vegetables, the Michelin star is thoroughly deseved. Thank you, Chris, Fallon and the rest of the team!

10/10We love coming to Vermeer, mostly for special occasions, as the menu is always super creative, delicious and beautiful. The chef made a vegan menu on request for me and they even made a anniversary vegan cake upon demand! Warmly recommended.

10/10So happy we booked this for Valentine’s Day. Everything was exquisite and the staff were all delightful people who cared about the experience greatly. A particular highlight was the scallop steamed by baking it in bread around the shell. Superb creativity. Great range of drinks. Will be back on our next visit for sure. Worth every euro!
