The food was amazing, I had the grilled filet of beef with chianti reduction and cinnamon. It was so tender and delicious. Our waitress was super friendly, I wish I had asked for her name. We ordered a vinsanto and cantucci to share as a dessert but there wasn’t enough left for two so the waitress brought us some complementary mignon to make up for it. She also mentioned that Ricordi also has a café next door where we ended up having fresh pastries and great coffee the following morning. Great experience both times. We will definitely return.

They don’t give any discounts on Beef , but it’s not clear before you make a reservation. Could be a better service just with basic Things like: - make sure you got all the plates to bring the order complete - clean the table before you bring the desserts

The steak we had was impressive but even that couldn’t make up for the rather inattentive service we received. Once order was placed it was almost as if we were no longer there. Pasta was the least impressive but spinach side was tasty.

The food was really good, the location os great and on a quiet place. The interior is very pretty and the waitress was so nice and made us feel really confortable. She also had the best English speaking we found on our vacations in Italy, which sometimes was and issue. Not here.

Had an absolute fantastic evening with a family of eight. the service was very personable and all those slow, made for a wonderful experience. We had great recommendations on our food, and the food was cooked to perfection. I probably had the best ravioli I have ever tasted!

really great place, one of my favorites in florence so far, the waiter is super nice and friendly and helpful, great english, the pasta was well cooked and delicious, especially the carbonara, pastries some of the best that ive had. the decor and ambiance is quite nice, a step above most places. also the location is good, a little bit outside the main touristy area, so more pleasant. highly recommended, im going back in a couple of days!

This place is amazing. We ate there two nights when in Florence recently. This was our best restaurant experience in our 2+ week trip around Tuscany. The ravioli and pasta, filetti grilled beef, grilled chicken, grilled mixed vegetables, salads and desserts were all exceptional. Prices were very reasonable as well. Our waiter, Fatian, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about everything on the menu, friendly, attentive, always smiling, spoke English well and fun to talk with. If you go to Florence, do not miss this restaurant.

This is an excellent restaurant, not noisy, food is wonderful. Waiters are kind, friendly and efficiient. The pastries are exceptional and worth going there just for the pastries in the afternoon!!

We had a very nice dinner. While the restaurant was almost empty on sunday night, the service and especially the food was great. We loved the flan di verdure and the paccheri al sugo di salsiccia e burrata (5 stars). Totally recommend!

We loved Ricordi. We ate breakfast every morning at the bakery and had one of our best dinners during our three weeks in Italy at Ricordi. My husband had the filet. It was tender and perfectly seasoned. I had tortellini, which was also exceptional. The staff are professional and personable. The prices were very reasonable, particularly given the quality of the food. This will definitely be our go to place if we return to Florence.

We really liked the setting and interior design of the restaurant, the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced - we had a lovely experience. The Fiorentina and for desert, mille-feuille, were highlights. Because we are now in low season the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. Highly recommended!
