Waitresses were wonderful, friendly and attentive always - morning and evening. We went for breakfast one day and it was speedy and efficient. We went several times for an evening meal and each time was delicious. That was why we returned most days. The days we went elsewhere were disappointing so we had a glass of wine in Ricordi as a nightcap and consolation. Highly recommended.

I have never seen a restaurant booked through TheFork exclude fillet from the discount. However, at this place, we were told at the time of payment that the fillet was not eligible for the discount. The server apologized for not informing us in advance and offered a small dessert as compensation, but I believe they should have either informed us beforehand or applied the discount like they did for other menu items.

The food was amazing, I had the grilled filet of beef with chianti reduction and cinnamon. It was so tender and delicious. Our waitress was super friendly, I wish I had asked for her name. We ordered a vinsanto and cantucci to share as a dessert but there wasn’t enough left for two so the waitress brought us some complementary mignon to make up for it. She also mentioned that Ricordi also has a café next door where we ended up having fresh pastries and great coffee the following morning. Great experience both times. We will definitely return.
