This restaurant deserves a -1 rating if possible. I’ve never written a negative review. We arrived @ 7:35 for a 7:45 reservation, made two months earlier, & it was confirmed. No reservation system-no book or computer with names in it upon arrival. There were several tables outside with guests and only one table was occupied inside. 1 male server working outside & 1 female server inside. Looked like 1 cook/chef & 1 bus person. After waiting 35 minutes, I went to the restaurant center to see why 3 other tables had been served drinks & no order of anything for us. They motioned me back to the dining room with the bus person as if he was going to take our order. The woman server in the dining room didn’t wanted us to be there & she totally ignored us even though I made eye contact with her and smiled at her every chance I got. After being totally ignored I told both servers, I didn’t appreciate the poor service & disrespect & we left.Don’t patronize Al Pozzo.Owner doesn’t respect The Fork.

We had eaten at Al Pozzo a few nights ago and enjoyed the food so much that we decided to reserve again. ‘The Fork’ scheduled us for 7:00 May 10th. And when we arrived just before 7:00 we were turned away rudely and told they don’t do business with The Fork. Very poorly handled. It was our last night and left a poor impression of their commitment to service!! And also the elderly woman at the door was very unkind.

We ate the gnocchi with prawns and tomato sauce, it was amazing! Really tasty, I was quite impressed. The service appeared to be a bit caotic and deorganized but, they were all welcoming. From my experience I recommend it 😀
