Nothing like seeing your 2 pound angus steak carved right off the cow with a cleaver. Then presented to you. Makes NY steakhouses pale in comparison. Watch your steak being prepared, and it was a perfect medium rare. A bit heavy for lunch, but so worth it. Made the trek in to La Spezia from Fezzano totally worth it. Totally memorable!
