    The T-Bone steak we had was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Oragito and his staff were fabulous and made a great recommendation for the pistachio cake dessert. They even gave us some dessert wine on the house to pair with it! Best meal we have had in Florence so far

    Returning to find their super refurbished courtyard now open for use a x2 nice bonus .. but apparently it’s not a nonsmoking area & so being seated in the interesting & delightful covered-in rear Garden Room could well mean you’d be subjected to 2ndhand smokers addiction aftermath big time … pity about that … The unique pasta shape they call Gigilio was disappointingly sauced boringly … & the foul quality supposedly white wine vinegar offered in place of the ubiquitous Modena Balsamico to dress our elegant leaf salad was more akin a dreadful industrial cleaning option quality! Good they did have white vinegar- not good it was rubbish. Our superb tenderloin was perfectly cooked to order .. but an exceedingly small piece of meat for the money . The generous Fork discount (still on offer due we must suppose to the soft opening still being in place ) helped one accepting the relatively high mains meat pricing ! Improved service & set up was good to see.. one can only hope they have the bes

    The service and food was absolutely amazing. Specially the guy Orgito which service us in an excellent way . He was explaining every food that we were tasting and he was very kind. I advice to take fiorentina t bone steak and also the tartare with pistachio and stracciatella

    Allowing for the soft opening phase right now perhaps indicating that everything wasn’t quite right, ( eg no plates laid on table BEFORE THE FOOD ARRIVED when it was known the table was sharing everything) the pasta courses were splendid. The undercooked ossobucco however was most disappointing. The meat didn’t fall off the bone - nor was it deliciously tender — & the sauce lacked the depth one might hope for with this classic dish that let the meal down at the end. My Fork discount wasn’t initially applied, & so whilst I do happily give this welcome newcomer a qualified recommendation, it’s obvious things aren’t quite right either in the kitchen nor front of house. The half empty very long backlit front display with just a few pieces of meat is unattractive & lets the arrival experience down considerably…depressing almost. Work on what looks like a very attractive courtyard still in progress..so we look forward to their success in the future. Good luck to one of our newest trattoria!

    Bistecca alla Fiorentina Chianina steak was thick, perfectly seared, rich in flavor, and incredibly tender—easily the best we had in Florence. The presentation with olive oil and Greek sea salt was a great touch. Service was outstanding—Orgito gave us personalized attention and perfect wine pairings. Don’t be fooled by the number of reviews—this newer spot is a rising star. Book now before it gets packed!

    The steak was amazing. The sides tasted amazing but were a bit cold and the service seemed disjointed, like hot plates arrived with no food and then went cold. Some members of staff were pushy with more expensive wine and larger orders of steak.
