The food was top tier. Our waitress was great and brought everything to us in a timely manner. The steak was phenomenal and the pasta was pretty good. We were given limoncello shots after.

Excellent experience! The food was absolutely perfect—everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The staff were extremely kind, polite, helpful, and welcoming, always serving with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant without any hesitation. A wonderful place to enjoy authentic food and warm service!

I ordered a t-bone steak but every piece served tasted similarly(which should not be happening with t-bone steak). Nobody told me what olive oil on the table was for(I finally learned it was to be accompanied by steaks when the waiter told that fact to nearby customers just before I leave). It felt like waiters dropped plates carelessly. Degree of doneness was not accurate. Also the waiter tried to charge me water which I did not drink or order. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.

The only thing I enjoyed was the dessert, which didn’t make sense because this is not a pastry shop. Both of us found the T bone hard to chew, and we even ordered medium rare, not medium. We had steak the next day in another local restaurant in Firenze and it was tender as it should be. The pasta was delicious but it was barely warm (even bordering cold!) when it was served, and the portion was one of the smallest I’ve ever had in Italy in the past six months. One last fact to mention was that that day you placed all Asian guests together in the same room.

We visited this restaurant with my wife and had a genuinely great experience. The food was outstanding — the pasta with boar is a real highlight and honestly a must-try. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavour. The service made the evening even better. Meti took exceptional care of us: friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about both the dishes and the city. All his recommendations worked perfectly, and we ended up learning a lot about Florence thanks to him. Warm atmosphere, excellent food, and top-level service. A place we would happily return to — highly recommended.

Bistacca Chiannina for 2, meat was cooked perfectly, and cut a la table. Service was a bit slow and inattentive at the start, but when noticed the head waiter immediately apologised and offered a glass. Very friendly.

Forget the rest - this restaurant is the best. The food is fabulous, but restaurants are not just about the food - the staff here really make you feel valued and appreciated. If you want a great meal, fantastic service and a genuine Florentine welcome, this is the place. Just off Piazza Di Santo Spirito and light years ahead of the Insta-recommended places there, this restaurant is the real deal. The Florentine steak was perfect, but the experience was above and beyond. Thank you!

Super cute open air courtyard dining. Staff expertly helped select wine, and even suggested an alteration of a pasta which was amazing! Personally rolled and plated our beef carpaccio as well as prepared and plated our bistecca tableside. Unforgettable!

The T-Bone steak we had was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Oragito and his staff were fabulous and made a great recommendation for the pistachio cake dessert. They even gave us some dessert wine on the house to pair with it! Best meal we have had in Florence so far
