Tasty octopus and bland meat — the steak was cut up for me and brought already cold. The restaurant is shared with people on the all-inclusive plan. So you pay money, and next to you is a crowd grabbing food from communal trays. By the way, we were told we could take food from there too. I don't recommend this place.

The guests you mentioned were dining together, and the trays referred to are our complimentary selection of appetizers, bread, cold cuts, and vegetables, available to all dinner guests. As for the steak, “tagliata” is traditionally served sliced. We're sorry it wasn’t to your liking or warm enough. In such cases, we always invite guests to inform our staff so we can promptly resolve the issue. We respect your opinion and regret that your visit left a negative impression.
