The waitress aren’t friendly at all - she was rude and not attentive and constantly stating that my options are unavailable and at the same time tried to get me open more expensive bottles. The waiter speaks rather unprofessional as well but all good still.

Visited Florence and decided to dine with family. We found this fantastic restaurant conveniently located near our hotel. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this place!

This is a must-visit restaurant when in Firenze! Steak was cooked to perfection and the tagliolini was to die for. As an American with pretty sparse Italian skills, they managed to serve me and attended to my every need! Don't worry, they speak English too. Super friendly staff that is really good at their service. Really recommend this restaurant if you are in the area! Like 5 mins walking from the station Santa Maria Novella.

The service was very good. The Florentine steak was not very tasty. Some part of the meat was still cold like just being taken out of the fridge.

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The tagliatelle pasta with wild boar was everything I was hoping for and the antipasti of spinach with gorgonzola sauce was surprisingly delicious. I would definitely go back.

Everything was excellent. Professional service, nice atmosphere, delicious tartar and super tender Florentine steak. The dark chocolate cake was superb. Nice wine list too

The best dinner we have had in Firenze (and we have had many wonderful meals here). Excellent food and service. The best steak and the best pasta!
