Simply spectacular. The quality of the food was incredible: the best Florentine steak I've ever eaten. The staff was also incredible: friendly, attentive, and willing to give good advice. Without a doubt, Il Volo is worth a visit!

the restaurant staff go above and beyond on our requests. we are not happy with our first steak and they quickly get a better one . very helpful and caring. most importantly one of the best Florentine steak we have in here

9/10I had ribollita and my friend had tortelli mugellani. The dishes were well presented and tested good. Adeguate portions. The service was attentive, slightly formal. The hall is a big circular hall so the ambient noise can be perceived but it wasn't too loud and the tables not too close one another.
