6/10This isn’t a classic Italian restaurant, but rather a place that serves Italian‑style dishes with a different culinary approach. Good to know if you’re looking for strictly traditional Italian vibes. Service was engaged !

Dear Lukasz, Thank you for visiting us and sharing your enlightening opinion! Perhaps you expected to find my grandma at the entrance preparing tortellini, or maybe you don't know that the Caesar salad (the one you ordered) was invented by Cesare Cardini, an Italian restaurant pioneer. However, it is very disappointing to read "rather a place that serves Italian-style dishes with a different culinary approach" from a Polish guest, especially when we regularly receive enthusiastic compliments for the authenticity of our dishes from Italian guests who know and appreciate genuine regional Italian cuisine. We take great pride in preserving and offering traditional recipes that reflect the true flavours of Italy, and your comment surprised us given the many positive feedbacks we receive from those familiar with real Italian cooking. For your information, our restaurant has been open since 1967, and for over 55 years we have been committed to serving authentic Italian cuisine with passion and respect for tradition

+7⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ristorante La Galleria Dal 1967 was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had — and that’s saying a lot after 20+ years living in both New York and Las Vegas. The atmosphere was romantic and elegant, with our table by the window overlooking the courtyard setting the perfect mood for date night. Manager Blaidy and server Carolina were absolute standouts — warm, professional, and flawless in every detail. Every dish was incredible, from the appetizers to the desserts, but the Bronte Bianca pizza was next-level — easily the best pizza I’ve ever had. To top it off, the prices were shockingly reasonable: two appetizers, two pizzas, two desserts, and multiple drinks for just 50 euros. A true gem in Florence and a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, great people, and an unforgettable night out.

6.5/10The Tuscan stew was dryer than I expected and had way too many peppercorns for my taste. The service was friendly, though. OK with the Fork discount.

Hi Guy, thank you for visiting us. Tuscan black pepper beef stew and fried polenta, this is what you ordered, and everyone expects to see many peppercorns in it. We follow this Medieval recipe since 1967 and get compliments daily, not only with your ""Ok with the fork discount"". It's sad that you didn't tell to our friendly service persons about your disappointment, we could have recommended something different to you. Have a good one Daniel
