Exquisite cuisine (faraona with endives was a delight) combined with a niche choice of wines, including old Tuscan vines. Own produced safran used in a delicious ice-cream and liquor. The staff (waitress and sommelier) are fully skilled to create a welcoming atmosphere, including for kids (we had a 5 year old and a 10 year old fully enjoying the evening in a place which is definitely far from an amusement park). Readiness and knowledge to describe the dishes and the wines. Speaking about the place, a fully renovated classical villa immersed in the Mugello landscape. An experience which we would definitely like to repeat.
