10/10The restaurant was so beautiful and the food was beyond delicious! My suspicion is that this will be a michellan star restaurant in the future. The 6 of us had only 1 night in Florence and I dont think we could've chosen a better place to eat.

10/10What a wonderful meal we had here . The chef was very knowledgeable about gluten free (I am a coeliac) and bent over backwards to make sure that I had lots to choose from . The food was absolutely delicious and I swear I had the best panacotta I have had anywhere (and we have eaten all over Italy). Thank you so much for the amazing service , food and experience! We loved it! Highly recommended!

10/10Service was excellent. Our server even intervened on a bee that was being pesky when he saw we were unsuccessful at deterring it. The food was great, truffle ravioli was fantastic. Lastly, you cannot beat the river view when seated outside.

7/10Attentive staff, reasonable pricing. Food was good but not overly memorable. Ravioli with cream and truffle was the best of three pasta dishes the table ordered. Desserts were good with the tiramisu being the preferred. Water and Red wine were too warm, white wine too cold.

5.5/10The restorant advertise vegetarian options. That was extremely limited. In addition the pasta was much less tasty than in other street restaurants in Florence and the salat leaves were not very fresh . There was no fish dish to choose .

Hi Akiva, there are 5 vegetarian and 3 fish dishes on our menu The menu is displayed online, outside the restaurant and inside the restaurant. We are sorry if you didn't like the dishes, the waiter asked you if the dishes were fine, if there are problems we will change the dishes at no cost, you just need to let us know.

10/10Highly recommend! We were so fortunate to grab a last-minute reservation here - our first meal was so enjoyable that we came back a second time for dinner and once more just for tiramisu. Our love for this restaurant and its staff only grew each time we visited. Ultimately, on a multi-city, ten-day trip to Italy, Ristorante Oltrarno gave us our best culinary experience (yes, even better than places with a Michelin Star or more followers on Instagram). Ristorante Oltrarno was full of people who truly cared about their product and their customers. Nando, in the front of the house, not only gave great recommendations and service - he will probably go down as the person we'll miss most from our trip. When I told Nando that I enjoyed my filetto all'aceto balsamico so much that I'd have to try and make it at home, he brought out the chef, Daniele, to give me some pointers. Daniele was so excited to talk about his dishes, and that passion was evident in each delicious dish we enjoyed here.

9/10I had the Filito with balsamic reduction, the steak was excellent, melt in your mouth is no exaggeration, wife had a pork dish that was very good as well, we actually went back again, even with all the other options for restaurants in the area.

5.5/10The inside restaurant is a nice atmosphere however the food let us down. Two of us ordered the lamb. One order of lamb didn't come with our meals and the other was OK but over cooked and dry. When the second order finally came, it was loaded with fat and I felt horrible for my friend. He picked through it but I would have sent it back. My son reported that the filet with balsamic was good so that was the only real positive. My friend had the octopus salad which consisted of cut up carrots and celery and it did not look appealing. She reported that it was just OK. I expected better quality and preparation from this restaurant. It was the worst meal I had on my 3 week European trip.
