10/10Marvelous food and hosts Just a few doors down from the Ponte Santa Trinita and open all afternoon and evening , Oltrarno was a great find. Traditional Tuscan menu crowned by in house dry-aged Chianina beef Fiorentino, hand-cut to your request. Several good wines by the glass for small groups with varied tastes. Gentlemanly service. Highly recommended.

9/10Excellent fennel salad with oranges and olives. We had to wait for a table even with reservation, but the host brought us glasses of prosseco while we waited. The outside tables were noisy with traffic and loud Americans, but we asked and were moved to a pleasant table inside. The main dishes were a little too heavy for my taste

9/10The food was excellent, the servings very generous and the service was efficient and friendly. We chose to sit outside, which was nice but very noisy. I would recommend sitting inside (the manager suggested that and even offered us to move, so this is not a complaint, just a recommendation).

A well-organized, beautiful restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service. As for the cooked food, boring dishes, they did not leave me with a special impression. I want to mention the lamb ribs, marinated, served a bit dry, with a rosemary sauce that stays between the teeth. Bottom line: a pleasant place with impeccable service and mediocre food

10/10Loved this place. The food was delicious. The service impeccable. Both my husband and I had the minestrone soup which was perfect. We both enjoyed our main courses as well. I had the vegetarian meal option which was great. My husband had the beef stew which he also enjoyed.

Excellent food service and ambiance. The young waiter was excellent, his knowledge of the menu food and wine was exceptional. It was an anniversary meal and I researched numerous places to eat, but kept gravitating to this one Definitely the right choice. Well worth a visit.

+1Best restaurant we've eaten at in Italy period. Service is fantastic, welcoming and friendly- the best we've had in our 2 months travelling abroad. Food is fresh and so authentic. Location is beautiful right by the river. We loved this place so much we came here 4 times in 3 days. Definitely will be our first stop when we're back here!! Picks: ragu tortelli, pici all'aglione (pomodoro) and tiramisu is a MUST! Carbonara and boar ragu is also sublime. Definitely don't miss out on this place!!

10/10Fantastic food, service and decor. The manager was wonderful; he went way out of his way to be friendly and gracious. The steak was perfect, porcini mushroom pasta, piti, appetizers. Everything was perfect at a very fair price. We hope to be back many more times in the future.

We ordered the florentine steak and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was exceptional, we were celebrating our honeymoon and were kindly given a glass of sparkling wine each. Would highly recommend and come back again, thank you!

6.5/10We had very rushed service here, and little attention. Wanted wine with dinner but the waiter never came back, even though I mentioned when I ordered that I would want wine with dinner. Ordered one cheese board and were brought and charged for two. Meals were brought to the table but the person didn’t know which meals belonged to whom and how the steaks were cooked. Food was just okay - disappointing experience overall. This was the only reservation we booked in Florence (8 of us) and we had better service and meals at every other restaurant we visited. Maybe just a fluke that day - but we would not recommend this place.
