Thank you for your review,we never heard a person complaining about our chairs,and if you understand a little bit about the meat you I’ll know that the tenderloin has less taste than the sirloin?anyways thank you for a review tha has no sense for us

Lovely restaurant. Welcomed immediately. Thoughtful service throughout the meal. Food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Could not have asked for a more lovely Easter dinner! Highly recommend when traveling to Florence.

Our experience at this restaurant was terrible. My friend's lamb seemed to be heated up and a day old. It was tough and truly terrible. We refused to pay for it. My friend used the toilet and it was disgusting! I would not recommend this restaurant at all. It spoilt our last night in Frienze.

Thank you for you review,you didn’t refuse to pay the plate we already cancel it from your check,we always try to keep our toilets clean,it can happen sometimes to be in disorder from the costumers

The food was incredible, the restaurant is also located river side. The staff was really helpful and understanding when we had to change our reservation time, not once, but twice.
