Overall, the food was good. The standout dish was the pasta, ziti alla genovese di tonno. The starter, a seafood salad, was a bit too salty. Service was professional throughout. However, we were offered a limoncello at the end, which we assumed was complimentary, but it was later added to the bill.

Both hostess Maria and young waitress were friendly and keen to serve. Maria a former teacher of French, had very good English and was knowledgeable about the seafood available. Her recommended dish of a local catch of the day beneath potato was delicious.

The owner made every effort to make our dinner experience excellent. The food was delicious and she even arranged for a taxi to pick us up after we were done. Very nice night!

The main course, seared Tuna, came first completely overcooked, so send back to the kitshen…. When it came twice it was not fresh fish, smelled terrible. When I told the staff, they played very upset and even showed a movie that the fish was catched that same morning…… but it was 100% sure not fresh and from a frozen fish…… In the mean time my partner had eaten….so we left the restaurant. By rhe way, the english menu card was just cheap printed paper, used by many more guest and full with stains and cracked. So, overall a not good experience….. not to recommend
