We were in Alba for a week and ate in 4 different restaurants and we must conclude that this one was the best of them. The veal in the vitello tonnato was perfectly coked rose and the sauce very tasty. Both the vegetarian gnocchi and the ravioli with meat and red wine sauce were excellent and the veal cheek tender with a very powerful sauce. Staff very friendly, prices average
