10/10A surprising location in the heart of Salento hosting an excellently-managed restaurant. The food shows strong links with the history of the region and of the Palazzo itself, an old distillery whose ancient and more recent lives are in full display. Service was impeccable and the attention to the client is superb. I strongly suggest asking for a free guided tour of the Palazzo at the end of you dinner: the experience wouldn't be complete without it. As a fellow salentino, I'll definitely come back. To the staff: keep the good work going: places and experiences like this make Salento shine brighter than it already does.
