Whenever I visit Pesaro this restaurant is a priority destination. The food is excellent, the ambiance in the garden is very special and the staff friendly. It says something for a restaurant that the same staff are there from year to year. And they even remember me!

Rossini Bistrot is a fantastic little restaurant. We’ve had the 4-course menu, Franciacorta and their open Rosso Piceno, all of which were really good. We‘re working our way through the better of Pesaros restaurants since a week and this was the best so far. Creative andperfectly cooked - a really nice change to the standard grilled fish and pasta. We felt very welcome and at home. If we can, we‘ll come back before we leave.
