Rossini Bistrot is a fantastic little restaurant. We’ve had the 4-course menu, Franciacorta and their open Rosso Piceno, all of which were really good. We‘re working our way through the better of Pesaros restaurants since a week and this was the best so far. Creative andperfectly cooked - a really nice change to the standard grilled fish and pasta. We felt very welcome and at home. If we can, we‘ll come back before we leave.

We ate here twice during our vacation. Excellent food, good service and a various winelist. But the best thing is the excellent pastas and courses with tartufo

All the personnel is kind and got a special care for you, the dishes are extremely well curated and the place itself is so relaxing. Will definitely return.

It was been a really amazing experience, me and my son had a dinner here few days ago. Looking at the menu, it can be classifies as "embarrassing" because you really not able to make a choose, all proposal are excellent to take, but you can't eat everything... :) So i can say you can take everything you'll want and you will be sure it will be a great sensorial experience. Let me give my personal thanks to all the staff of this nice bistrot. If we want to give some numbers than, 10/10 for food quality, 10/10 for the service and location. I'll not give any number for the quality to cost ratio, it's a logical consequence for all just described and you won't be disappointed. PS: following my son advice, i'm hopeful to be there with my wife next time!
