6.5/10After waiting 15 minutes at our table for a server to offer us drinks or take our order, we asked an employee politely if we could please order. He said no and walked away. Five minutes later a server finally came to our table. Things were good from then on, but the ambiance and food aren’t good enough to outweigh the overall poor service.

8.5/10Its a nice cozy place with small tables. Outside sitting area is more comfy. Welcoming was so unfriendly and grumpy. They didnt care about our reservation or tend to help. Service was good and food is excellent especially pizzas.

4.5/10It was a very stressful surrounding and obviously the staff was under a lot of pressure since the place was crowded, we could really sense it. The pizza was ok but kind of wet. Not what we hoped for.

7.5/10We visited this place a few years ago and were excited to return as our first visit was excellent. This time the menu was different. There were pages & pages of pizzas but nothing to say that we could create our own or order extra toppings. There were also two pigeons loose in the restaurant which was very off-putting. Overall an ‘ok’ experience but not as good as we remembered.

3/10We were a party of 9 seated upstairs in a very dated room. Starters were okay. One main course was served before everyone else’s and was a tasteless chicken dish. Pizzas were lacking meat toppings and some were burnt. Despite friendly staff our overall experience was poor. Would not return or recommend.

10/10Perfect authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Venice. We were lucky enough to have an outside table …and I had the best seafood risotto ever! Pizzas were also great and service was fabulous! So lovely and friendly. Would def recommend! ????

5/10Didnf get much individuality vibe here. Service was not that good. Didnt bring any water, bread, oils or condiments. Start was small and bland - as needed seasoning. Pizzas were good.

6/10We ate outdoors and I think we would have enjoyed indoors better, as the atmosphere seemed nicer. The food was just okay, service too. We saw so many people stop to look at the menu and hover a bit yet staff pretty much ignored them. We were shaking our heads at all the lost business. Not a favorite.

7.5/10Even though we had booked a table, we had over a 20 minute wait before being seated. The restaurant was very busy. There is a tiny waiting area so you can end up being outside in a queue. The table we had was tiny so really concerned if we would have enough space to eat. It was also in a high traffic area so there was always someone walking past and it was just off the pizza kitchen area, which was a little off putting. Ordering was easy but not great. Had asked for drinks and water - never got the water. The pizzas were fine - mine was a bit soggy in the middle.
