I booked our table online to ensure we were guaranteed a table inside when we arrived at the restaurant Rossopomodoro Venice we arrived ten minute early and was prepared purchase a drink and wait seated in the ally way until our table was ready a member of staff confirmed with us that there was no tables inside we explained that I had received confirmation of my booking he repeatedly said no table available in a very rude manner and walked away. We had traveled half an hour on a very hot day and did not want to start looking else where my husband went into the Restaurant to find an other staff member to see if they can help after another 20 minutes we were told they have a table. We waiting 20 minutes before someone eventually took our order while waiting for our meal we noticed that the staff were very abrasive with other customers consistently through out the evening we will not be going back there after having a terrible experience your staff need training on customer service.

Best pizza ever ! Dough was light, tomato sauce was perfect and I wasn’t thirsty. Go for it, seriously, best pizza of my life and I already been to Roma!

The Coca Cola drink is very expensive and it is from the soda machine, no taste and no gas. While in the restaurant we saw mice/rats near the bar/kitchen.

After waiting 15 minutes at our table for a server to offer us drinks or take our order, we asked an employee politely if we could please order. He said no and walked away. Five minutes later a server finally came to our table. Things were good from then on, but the ambiance and food aren’t good enough to outweigh the overall poor service.

Its a nice cozy place with small tables. Outside sitting area is more comfy. Welcoming was so unfriendly and grumpy. They didnt care about our reservation or tend to help. Service was good and food is excellent especially pizzas.

It was a very stressful surrounding and obviously the staff was under a lot of pressure since the place was crowded, we could really sense it. The pizza was ok but kind of wet. Not what we hoped for.

Service was disappointing. Only three items and they all came out at different times as our order was made incorrectly, despite being captured accurately. Wait times were longer than necessary despite limited patrons.
