9.5/10Excellent food, kind service, helpful staff. Service was slow, but the restaurant was packed. We started quite peacefully but further into the evening it got very noisy. It was hard to understand each other. I recommend this restaurant

5/10Rotisse is made largely for business people, and a lot of people will be glad to hear that. It’s clean, quiet, and friendly. For me, however, if I’m eating in Brussels, I want to *know* I’m in Brussels. If you had dropped me here and told me I was in Springfield, Illinois, I would’ve believed you. The menu is composed of crowd-pleasers — nothing to insult anyone, nothing wrong with anything, and we walked away shrugging our shoulders.

10/10Everything about this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly fresh and made with top-quality ingredients, perfectly prepared and served at the right time. The highlight of our meal was the fresh oysters and the steamed mussels in wine — simply unforgettable. But what truly made the experience special was the service. Dennis made us feel like we were guests in his own home, offering warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of flavors and feeling. We left with full hearts and fuller stomachs. Highly recommended!

There is a new menu !! We tried the Watermelon Carpaccio and the Truffle Meltdown. It was in one word exquisite!! The watermelon was marinated giving it a nice taste and smooth (red tuna like) texture. The truffle meltdown; bread was crispy and the truffle cheese was nice and oozy. We had the Fruit Salad for dessert, lots of fresh fruits with a delightful sorbet. Compliments to the chef!! The staff is very welcoming and professional. The setting is relaxed and comfortable. Really enjoyed our evening.

We had dinner here on a Sunday evening and really enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout. The food was above average and offered at a very reasonable price, making it great value. My favorite dish was the shrimp croquettes—they were absolutely delicious! Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're in the area.

Vol-au-vent was very good. I would have appreciated just a little more bread inside, but it is subjective. Excellent service and good price, including the discount from The Fork. They also left me with a small chocolate as a gift, much appreciated!

The food was absolutely delicious, good quality and big enough! The drinks were ok. However, they looked understaffed and the service was extremely delayed. In the end, everything was fine thanks to a nice waiter that "made things right" for our very long waiting! Great job for the kitchen and hopefully the timings will be better next time.
