Rotisse is made largely for business people, and a lot of people will be glad to hear that. It’s clean, quiet, and friendly. For me, however, if I’m eating in Brussels, I want to *know* I’m in Brussels. If you had dropped me here and told me I was in Springfield, Illinois, I would’ve believed you. The menu is composed of crowd-pleasers — nothing to insult anyone, nothing wrong with anything, and we walked away shrugging our shoulders.

Everything about this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly fresh and made with top-quality ingredients, perfectly prepared and served at the right time. There is a new menu !! We tried the Watermelon Carpaccio and the Truffle Meltdown. It was in one word exquisite!! The watermelon was marinated giving it a nice taste and smooth (red tuna like) texture. The truffle meltdown; bread was crispy and the truffle cheese was nice and oozy. We had the Fruit Salad for dessert, lots of fresh fruits with a delightful sorbet. Compliments to the chef!! The staff is very welcoming and professional. The setting is relaxed and comfortable. Really enjoyed our evening.

We had dinner here on a Sunday evening and really enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout. The food was above average and offered at a very reasonable price, making it great value. My favorite dish was the shrimp croquettes—they were absolutely delicious! Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're in the area.
