6/10The weater we were assigned was super nice, and always had an answer to our queries. we hahad a gluten intolerant on the table and he always made sure to explain what was ok for her to have. he gave that extra mile aat all times.

5/10Menu offering an over expensive overambitious fusion menu, with fish quality on the level of a Chinese "all you can eat" in Italy. Ordered dishes came in casual order. Given the price, one could at least expect a fast and attentive service, not one waiter for too many tables. The so called "Sommelier" is just another waitress with limited experience. At least the one who served our table.

9/10The food was delicious the ambience was up beat. Our night went sideways when the staffs focus turned to the obnoxious table by us. The manger should have handled Mr. UnCool (and his bewildered guests) and let the other staff focus on the service of the other guest. We still had food coming out and our server asked if we wanted anything else after we sat for 10 minutes with no wine or food. We reminded him of our other food and it came out fairly quickly. We never saw him again after the last of our food was delivered. We then asked for the check skipped dessert and after dinner drinks. If you’re paying a premium for a meal the overall experience should exceed expectations. Even if Mr. Uncool, didn’t disrupt the night I think it’s still would have under delivered. It’s a shame because night started off so well.

7.5/10The place is minimalistic and beautiful, the "ambiance" is rather strict and business-only. The service is impeccable. The presentation is top level, but the food itself is quite unusual, even for a fusion Japanese. We had the lunch menu. The mushrooms were texture-only as way too sweet, the sesame oil completely overpowered the salmon sashimi, they had no taste of their own, the grilled salmon of the bento box was tasty but on the dry side. It's definitely a place to impress, but I did not get some plate's combinations or balances. Pity.

7.5/10Wonderful restaurant with good quality food and friendly service. The only thing I was not happy about was the worn out/broken paper of the menu. It felt like being used for at least one month. Would it not be possible to replace it with a new one every week or even more often if necessary?

6.5/10This was a very dragged out experience whereby we were served 8 “courses” over 3 hours, only 2 courses were valuable fish or meat dishes, and the remainder were some of the fanciest ways to eat a pumpkin, or an egg, or baby oranges, etc. For the money, you could go to a high end sushi restaurant and eat as much salmon, tuna, yellowtail, albacore nigiri your heart desires.

4.5/10Grown up foods came before children's food. Children was watching me eating my 3rd dish while they were super hungry! Than my little daughter threw up right after food and I threw up everything I ate as soon as I arrived home. Very strange but was an awful experience!!!

10/10Omakase 6-course lunch was towards a more contemporary western-influenced style with simple yet delicious and precisely performed dishes. Sushi on point with pretty refined cuts and perfect rice, a bit too strong on truffle/caviar theme. The service is friendly, easy going and very attentionate. The atmosphere is the same as all 5 star hotel restaurants on La Rade, no surprises here. Very good quality and price but avoid if you are looking for old school Japanese dinners.

6/10Good food but of course pricy in this hype place. Drinks and Sake are far too expensive. Place was too loud, many tables with people shouting and smoking eCigarets inside… that was really damaging the dining experience with disgusting smoke smells and international music atmosphere not Japanese at all. Waiters were nice but no advice before ordering, asking our tastes nor introducing the dishes before or after serving them. Not a fine and professional dining experience has we may expect in this type of luxury hotel and gastronomic restaurant, presented as such. Too bad.
