Amazing Positive experience . ! The food was amazing . The flavours were fabulous and original . The quality of the products were perfect . The chef has a great talent. It was one of the finest meals I have ate in years . He certainly deserves his Michelin star and without hesitation I would say it was a higher standard than two. Thank you to his happy professional team for a great experience which will rest in my memory. I would highly recommend to go to eat in this restaurant . It is worth going to Milan for the experience of their food which was a pleasant surprise as I found this restaurant on surfing the net .

The staff was very accommodating. We did the lunch tasting menu and everything was perfectly cooked. The price was very reasonable. We paid more for a restaurant close to the Duomo.

The Restaurant has changed chief and team, compare to previous years quality of food and presentation of dishes downgrade seriously. Better to choose other place if you wish to get Michelin fine dinning.

Traditional Italian menu. All dishes of a high quality. Situated in 5 star Hotel in Milan Center, but on a calm street.

. I chose Sadler with great expectations of enjoying a Michelin-star-level dining experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Throughout the meal, I felt that the service fell short of what one would expect from such an establishment. The waiters did not make an effort to communicate in English clearly — even though I am fluent, they spoke very softly and without concern for being understood. This made the service feel impersonal and distant, which does not reflect the standard of hospitality associated with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Having previously worked in a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Brazil, I understand how important it is to make every guest feel that their experience is unique. Unfortunately, at Sadler, I felt quite the opposite — as if I were being done a favor by being served. I chose your restaurant with high hopes of having an extraordinary expe

First course zuchini flower was outright bad, butter and unpleasant to eat. Second course meatballs were what you would expecting in any self respecting restaurant- nothing impressive. Even coffee was meh - worst one i had through a week in Milano. Overall very disappointing

My wife and I visited for lunch. The restaurant was very quit. We ordered off the al a carte menu. The food was nothing to get excited about. Service was efficient and friendly.

+1The food was pretty good the starters came in a box and were very good. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The 2nd course was bland. I had gnocchi with blue cheese, the gnocchi were tasteless and the blue cheese I found bitter and strong. My wife had the risotto that was nice but a bit salty. By the time the main course came we were so full it was hard to fully enjoy. The black cod was excellent, the vegetables and all the little extras were also excellent. Same with dessert. The service was very attentive and plating was incredibly. The wines were nice. The ambience was understated and elegant. It was fun to try a Michelin starred restaurant,

+7What a pleasure to dine here! We were welcomed by Chef Claudio himself and were delighted by the evening experience. Our host was the very accommodating Georgia and our wonderful somm was Mario. I am allergic to nuts and shellfish and they had no issue making adjustments to their Creative Menu. It was a 10/10 for us all the way through and our favorite meal in all of Milan during our trip.

The entrance has steep stairs with no handrail. It was dangerous for me. The staff are friendly. The food was outstanding. I am glad that they recommended the pasta boiled in beet juice. There was a puddle of water next to the toilet that soaked my trousers. I reported it. An hour later the puddle was still there. Service was until the end. It took a while to get the dessert menu. Then I waited 25 minutes for dessert. It would have been nice if someone could have noticed and apologized or offered me coffee while I waited. They didn't offer coffee until after they served the confections at the very end. By then I had been there too long and didn't want to risk having to wait for coffee. I had trouble getting someone to bring me the check. No one asked me if I enjoyed my time. I didn't have a chance to complain until someone held the door open for me to leave. I don't know why fine restaurants like this stop paying attention to me after the main course.

+2we did meet Claudio Sadler 30 years ago. And we ate at their restraints many times. it's been a long time since we had dinner on his restaurant on "naviglio" so we wanted to give a try. It's in the center of Milan, a very elegant quarter. Location is modern, elegant and cared. Menu is serious and with not many courses, but decent. A plus is 'a la carte" that seems disappear din other trendy restaurants, today. Wine selection is good, even if I had to note wine list is present on a uglyy android tablet that connects to a local http server (I can see 192.18.x.y. in browser upper url bar..) BAD! Sommelier is a bit under starred restaurants lives we are accustomed. To sum up, a very good experience, as we are used at Clausio Sadler.

Went for a special lunch. Was not disappointed, all of the fish dishes were amazing and I’ve never tasted Soy Sauce like that!!!

A michelin star??? Only for a joke. I wonder who gave them the star. He is completely responsible for the reason we lose so much money to eat in this restaurant.... The food was bad!!!

The food was mostly pleasant to the palate, but the "seared" seafood was so severely burned, the entire meal tasted like eating the contents of an ashtray. Excellent desserts.

An excellent meal! Each dish was carefully constructed and presented with layered flavors and textures. The service was impeccable and unobtrusive. The wine pairings complimented each dish and featured many uncommon varietals.

Great lunch in a very nice place. We had the lunch menu which included entre, main and desert. A great place near San Marco church, Brera, Milán, if you are in Brera and are willing to enjoy good food visit this place,

Our flight was delayed and we only got to the restaurant at 10:15 PM which was about when the kitchen was closed. The chef and the team were kind enough to accommodate us even if we were not with the proper dress code . they served us beautifully and accommodated our needs and waited for us to be less table to leave they were super nice. The Food was delicious. Great place highly recommended.

Service and food were amazing. Portions were spot on with an interesting wine list. Really good value overall. Maybe best lamb I’ve ever had.

Sadler was our 3rd Michelin star restaurant of our trip but by far the best. Having gone to Jules Verne and I Portici just days before. The staff was more knowledgeable and personable. Well balanced courses with more focus on flavor than ambiance. The sommelier was amazing with perfect parings and rare, small production wines. He even managed to pair a drink (not wine) with lemon sorbet.

Not a single one of the five courses was at all memorable. None was particularly flavorful. Even at half the price we would not go back. Service, however, was what one expects at a Michelin one star.

For me, it is not good enough. The only thing I think is delicious and unforgettable is that the bread is crispy and soft. The fish is toooo old, although the sauce is rich in seasoning.

Staff is walking on the floor too much without clear purpose which makes the atmosphere less relaxed. Food is good in general. Wine list is presented in iPad but the navigation is not that easy. Perhaps change back to menu printing is more practical. Somm didn’t introduce wine by glass by pouring it directly.
