10/10Memorable lunch in Florence at Solotto Portinaria and it is all about excellence. Food was delicious, fresh and beautifully served. The stylish decoration is a plus, together with great service and very kind smiley professionals. Highly recommended as the best cousine. Thank you very much. And a toast with Kir Royale, Cheers!

10/10We went to Salotto for my birthday while we were in Florence and it was everything you could want for a special occasion meal. The ambience was incredible, service divine and food memorable.

8/10Stunning location. Polite, professional service, there was a mix with our booking unfortunately but was sorted out quickly. Beautiful bread which kept coming which my kids loved. We shared 2 starters which we enjoyed and then onto pasta & risotto which were very tasty.

8.5/10The restaurant is b the lobby of a Hotel. The banquets were very uncomfortable. Straight up and down. The table has a center large leg with wood on every corner. There is nowhere to put your feet. Food was good but do to the seating I would not go back.

10/10If you’re into the complete dining experience, this place must be visited! We were welcomed in and shown to our table in the grand room, where we were waited on by the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. The taste of everything presented was exquisite, we could not have asked for more, this food will take some beating on the remaining 2 weeks of our holiday! The selection of wines and other drinks were also very comprehensive. Not the cheapest available, but value for money at this level of service, highly recommended (I don’t usually write reviews!)

10/10The table for our party of 8 was set beautifully in the gorgeous room. Our server was very attentive and the chef kindly came out of the kitchen to introduce himself to our group. The food was delicious and the wine was amazing. We are thankful to cap off our last meal of our vacation here. 10 out of 10!

10/10Friendly and welcoming staff. The cocktails were excellent and not over priced. We all chose something different from the menu and all our meals were delicious. well worth the visit and would definitely go back when we are next in Florence.

10/10Perfect lunch. Started with the Vitello tonatto which was divine …..just right. Then had the club sandwich and beef fillet . Both were perfectly executed. The club sandwich in particular was delicious . The beef fillet was slow cooked 72 hrs. We followed with the cheese cake and profiteroles. Again we found them to be both close to perfection. Service was impeccable and the ambiance whilst in a formal decor was casual for an afternoon luncheon. One of our best meals in Italy so far…..that is after 25 days of eating 3 meals a day. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.

10/10Amazing dishes with quality ingredients. The cavatelloi cacio e pepe is a must try dish. Ambiance is simply superb, and the staff was super helpful with on-point recommendations for us. Will definitely visit again.

10/10Had a lovely dinner here with friends. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive, all the staff were polite, friendly and professional. The menu was good with just the right amount of choice and the plates were of high quality. The pianist created the perfect ambience. A beautiful dining experience that we will hopefully repeat again soon.
