10/10We visited Salvatore & Mafalda in late October. The food is very authentic and every single dish was simply delicious! You get a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a traditional local little starter. They have a great wine selection too. And you must try the lemon tart with wild strawberry- it’s something else! The service was spot on- just perfect amount of attention. We were so happy to discover this gem!

10/10When I first met Chef Gargiulo he struck me as a down to earth modest man. However in the kitchen his skills are far from modest. Chef Gargiulo is a true culinary master.

10/10This restaurant is simply amazing! The food is the best we have had in all of Italy, The service is nothing short of outstanding. We are staying nearby and the staff picked us up and drove us home, I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/10We really enjoyed the chef’s choice tasting menu with a selection of breads, pastas, fish and desserts. Also option to get dishes individually. Allergens clearly labeled on menu. Cosy, romantic outdoor seating available with view towards amalfi coast. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

10/10A wonderful restaurant with excellent food, very attentive service and friendly, warm people who took great care of us. The ambiance is terrific; you feel like you are in someone’s home having a great meal. The best dinner we had while visiting the Amalfi coast.

8.5/10Super good experience. Truly a hidden gem. Food and service where great. Michelin should visit them. Also a nice wine list. The view on Capri is also nice however in the evening you will see the lights only.

10/10One of the best meals my husband and I have ever had!! We had the grilled octopus, steak carpaccio, fish of the day and truffle pasta — and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and professional. Highly recommend and hope to return one day!
