The service was good, food was good, ambiance was ruined by the annoying blinding bright led lights of a wine refrigerator near our table. Extremely annoying. Lose the blinding lights. Ciao.

The food was nice and the manager was very pleasant. However, the waiter we had was incredibly rude and arrogant from the outset. It was the worst service we have ever experienced from a waiter. He was actively rude as soon as we entered and seemed completely disinterested the entire time we were there. This ultimately ruined the lunch. Wouldn’t recommend as there are many places with food just as nice with staff who were hospitable and polite.

I'll start from the bottom line: if you don't have an "offer" (discount) then this place is expensive for the portion size (around 110 Eur for 4 people). But if you do have an offer or you don't mind the price, then this place is great! The food is really good, the service is excellent " friendly and in English (if you need it) and the place itself is also beautiful. Overall a great experience, recommend!
