Food food, good service and good atmosphere!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was rich and delicious, and staff willing to assist our demands on spicey/non spicey. We had a marvellous time, and could not finish all of the food. It was also not very expensive at all. We had a great evening there. Can really recommend.

This is a top-notch restaurant. Small, cozy, and welcoming, with super friendly service. Delicious Indonesian dishes and a complimentary drink. And a reasonable price, too. Definitely recommended if you're looking for something different than traditional Dutch food.

I had a truly amazing diner experience at Samrat tonight. The food was excellent the decoration very cozy and the most important of all, the staff are very, very kind! I felt so welcomed and the owner made me feel like I am at home! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits or is living in Amsterdam!

Taste of food was terrible and nothing close to paneer kadhai and shahi paneer . seems like we went to Samrat restorant on a timing when it was not suitable .

Excellent authentic indian food. we enjoyed the hot chicken vindaloo, medium spicy chicken tikka masala, dal tarka, palak paneer with garlic nan and raita. the food was absolutely excellent and a gopd representation of the indian cuisine i remember from living in new delhi 6 months a few years back. not to be missed for those who like real indian food

One of the best Indian restaurants we had in a while. You just need to love spicy foods :) Very friendly staff, Small but cozy room so booking is a must. A bit pricey but worth it! Don’t miss this one if you are around

Very tasty food with a small terrace. We had the lamb Burma which is a very good choice is you do not like spicy food. We will come for sure next time.
