10/10I had a truly amazing diner experience at Samrat tonight. The food was excellent the decoration very cozy and the most important of all, the staff are very, very kind! I felt so welcomed and the owner made me feel like I am at home! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits or is living in Amsterdam!

4/10Taste of food was terrible and nothing close to paneer kadhai and shahi paneer . seems like we went to Samrat restorant on a timing when it was not suitable .

10/10Excellent authentic indian food. we enjoyed the hot chicken vindaloo, medium spicy chicken tikka masala, dal tarka, palak paneer with garlic nan and raita. the food was absolutely excellent and a gopd representation of the indian cuisine i remember from living in new delhi 6 months a few years back. not to be missed for those who like real indian food

10/10One of the best Indian restaurants we had in a while. You just need to love spicy foods :) Very friendly staff, Small but cozy room so booking is a must. A bit pricey but worth it! Don’t miss this one if you are around

5/10The starters of samosa and bhajee were average. The mains of lamb dhansak and bhuna were indistinguishable from each other, bland with no depth. The lamb was tender but tasteless. The garlic nan was OK nothing more. Service friendly and welcoming food very disappointing.
