6/10Should have been told that the prepaid Christmas brunch was a buffet and we would be seated basically in the hotel lobby. I would never have agreed to stand in line with my plate in hand queued for “Christmas dinner.” Ruined the experience for us but make a great story for that disaster that was our Christmas dinner overseas.

8.5/10The Fork app should have informed me the different offers between weekdays and Sundays: they serve brunch for winter Sundays. The App kept sending me 6 notifications in Italian before my arrival and none of them talked about this. Staff were super friendly and the environment is great.

10/10This hidden gem into the very heart of Rome is unmissable if you like authentic and clean food. Very nicely designed, it invites you to indulge from cocktail to dessert. Something interesting can be selected from the wine cellar.

Food was delicious, service impeccable, thanks, Alessandro you made our dinner so much better with your service, congeniality, and, the restaurant was designed so beautifully!! We sat inside, not in the courtyard, which was more comfortable for us! Enjoyed every morsel with great pleasure! Cheers!

9.5/10Courtyard dining area is delightful! The food is wonderful and seems to change, we were looking forward to duck, but got some other seasonal fish instead. The food is all very tasty with a rustic Italian vibe, layered over with trendy modern hints. Staff was apologizing about missing some team members for Ferro Gusto holiday, but they were still wonderfully attentive. Service was high end and classy.

10/10The outdoor terrace is beautiful and peaceful in a courtyard. Also the tables are spaced out so it doesn’t feel crowded. Service was very friendly and attentive. All of the dishes were delicious and well presented. Lots of flavour and texture. I would definitely go back again

10/10We went to this restaurant, housed in a Relais & Chateaus hotel, on our last night in Italy. Super lovely and memorable. Every dish was thoughtful light and well balanced. Wine recos spot on. The menu is different than what is listed in The Fork just as a note. My only cavil is that smoking is permitted in the outdoor dining space and our neighbouring table smoked 6 cigarettes in the space of an hour so that was not great. However a lovely meal and evening nonetheless.

6/10We have visited the hotel a few times with the bar service being excellent friendly staff . We ordered a bottle of wine which was incorrectly labelled on the wine list . We sat at our table waiting 10 minutes for staff to resolve which they did but with such a display it was not polite. Food is excellent and beautifully presented . The ribeye was a bit disappointing and there was no fresh fish nor lamb on the menu . Tartare , artichokes and vitello excellent. We were never asked for more water nor was the wine poured . I feel staff has let down what could be an amazing dining experience .

10/10It’s an amazing place, with a great terrace in an inside garden. The food is absolutely amazing. The chef used many kind of refined sauces to accompany the dishes. It’s a new restaurant, so you won’t see a lot of reviews. However it’s really a place to go. Top 10 for this amazing restaurant
