The waiter's etiquette and responsiveness in taking our orders were excellent, making us feel respected. The recommended wine was immediately appreciated upon tasting. The chef's dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, and the desserts were just right. It was a truly comforting dinner, worth sharing with fellow gourmets.

Great service and very innovative dishes. Menu changes over time so we did not find the dishes we wanted, but the ones recommended by the manager were good as well. Overall a great experience

It was lovely dinner. Food was Michelin star. Our server was prime. Explained everything in detail. Definitely visit again.

Should have been told that the prepaid Christmas brunch was a buffet and we would be seated basically in the hotel lobby. I would never have agreed to stand in line with my plate in hand queued for “Christmas dinner.” Ruined the experience for us but make a great story for that disaster that was our Christmas dinner overseas.

The Fork app should have informed me the different offers between weekdays and Sundays: they serve brunch for winter Sundays. The App kept sending me 6 notifications in Italian before my arrival and none of them talked about this. Staff were super friendly and the environment is great.
