10/10Every morsel of seafood was delectable, the service incredible and the ambiance delightful. The crème brûlée melts in your mouth. This restaurant can not be missed for dinner when in Venice. Don’t miss it.

9.5/10We had a family trip to Europe with our daughters and their spouse/ partners. We wanted to have a nice meal together to celebrate the week together. The food preparation was excellent along with the service. They have a great selection of dishes from vegetarian to a range of seafood options. Everyone ordered something different. Would recommend guest consider splitting an appetizer, ordering a meal and salad to finish. It is plenty of delicious food.

10/10Dario, family and all the staff were so wonderful and helpful. Very friendly atmosphere, and wonderful comfortable feel. We felt very welcomed. And they were very helpful explaining the menu. The food was fantastic! Best food experience! THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE IN VENICE! Thanks so much!

10/10This family-owned restaurant has great food at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and efficient. The evening is a perfect time to enjoy the small outdoor seating area in a typical Venetian calle/street (late August).

4/10The food there doesn’t match the price, and the service is bad too (racist behavior). There are many good restaurants nearby with a fantastic view and vibe. Won’t come again.

10/10Fabulous experience dining here. We sat outside and it was a lovely evening. I had the sea bass ravioli and it was the best pasta I’ve had in Italy (I’ve been to most of Italy!) my husband had the duck raggu and this was equally as good. Waiter kindly offered to cook us some white pasta for our 7 month old who was nibbling some finger food in a high chair. Would definitely visit again.

10/10Wonderful meal! San Silvestro is tucked off the canal & appears unassuming. However don’t be fooled. The gnocchi , duck ragu & grilled seafood platter are not to be missed ! Our meal was perfect ! Dessert included Tiramisu, crème brûlée, panicotta & lemon gelato . All amazing !

10/10Incredible dinner at San Silvestro. Food was on point. We enjoyed the grilled mixed seafood(great presentation), rigatoni with meat strips and carbonara. Not on the Canal but worth it!

9.5/10The service was very good and our waiter made some wonderful suggestions for our dining experience. We had the Carpaccio appetizer, a thin Tagliatelle with Duck Ragu and fresh Octopus grilled. So tender and flavorful. The cocktails and Prosecco were good. Put this restaurant on your list as the food quality is excellent and the prices very reasonable. A good value!

10/10This restaurant was an excellent find! Conveniently located right off the beaten path of the main canal, the ambiance was perfect for a quieter dinner atmosphere. If you are looking for amazing seafood, this is the place for you! We had the caprese salad, tuna, grilled octopus, lobster spaghetti and scampi with pasta. Every dish was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The service was also top notch! Would highly recommend and would definitely go back!
