The food was excellent, the service very attentive, and the staff extremely friendly. Our table was a bit in the middle of the walkway, and the price-to-value ratio was on the higher side. Nonetheless, we were very satisfied overall.

This was our favourite restaurant during our stay in Venice this time. We really enjoyed the seafood and the service was absolutely exemplary. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. We liked the classic Venetian ambience as well. In fact, we liked it so much that we dined with them again. This is one restaurant not to be missed. We had two great evenings at San Silvestro. Hope to return …

Fantastic little trattoria in a lovely part of Venice. The staff were super friendly. Food was delicious! Especially the scampi, tuna and pasta dishes. Highly recommend.

An outstanding meal with the freshest raw and cooked fish. The branzino (sea bass) was delightful. Two beautiful wines delivered perfectly by Nico, the wonderful head waiter. A very special evening.
