8/10Nice ambiance on arrival and good service. We chose the steak that cooked at the table but found the hot plate lost its heat very quickly, and had to ask for another hot plate. The side salad was disappointing – iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes. We would have stayed for dessert, except a large group of very young children with their mothers arrived at 8:30pm and the noise level became uncomfortable, so we chose to leave as soon as we could. We had a pleasant dinner but no desire to return.

10/10We had a lovely blonde/brunette curly haired woman take care of us. She spoke great English. Which was unexpected because we are in Italy but was much appreciated. She also helped us with guiding us through suggestions with the menu. I saw her navigate around the tables and she was just as helpful with other tables. The food was also very delicious and cooked perfectly. Great flavor:

10/10I discovered Bisteccheria, looking for a place to eat meat and lamb. And it was as expected, the staff incredibly kind, the food excellent, tasty. The special location. A wonderful experience.

10/10Cosy restaurant, initially we were the only table, however after 8pm the place started to fill up. Lots of locals are coming, so definitely this is a proof of quality! Very very good red wines (we tried several, based on their recommendation), excellent prosseco. To eat, we did start with a beef tartare (mustard + wasabi) - really nice recipe, must try! As a main course, we had a T-bone, local italian beef, dry aged about 30 days..brilliant! Cooked medium-rare, but you could cook it yourself more, if you like. They serve it on a cast iron, very hot, so you can turn it and cook it. Don't miss this steakhouse when you are in Bari!!!

10/10We had the most amazing carpaccio and Florentina steak here. It was packed with locals but very comfortable.The service was attentive and thoughtful and staff was knowledgeable on the menu and wines. The Florentina steak was the highlight! It was just cooked medium rare perfection and was so flavorful. If you want to take a short break from pasta eating and wish to have meat, go to this restaurant! It’s the next best thing to a Florentine steak in Florence. The price point is also affordable. Totally recommended.

10/10We had a lovely evening. This is a place where locals clearly go which is evidenced by their recommendations and friendly interest in guests. The food was quite simply amazing. We had two antipasti including meatballs which had a breathtaking sauce. For our mains, we had red meat which was banging with a bottle of red wine and a local digestive which really did the trick!

10/10It was very good. Tartare and carpaccio delicious. We enjoyed the food. Service was excellent. The guy that served us was answering to our questions about the ingredients in very good english. They did everything to accomodate our requests politely. We highly reccomend.

10/10Great location, probably would recommend to anyone pick this restaraunt. The best pasta in the city so far, plus a good choice of steaks, tried ribeye and T-bone, both tastes good. The vine list is stunning, chose Toscana and Puglia red wines. Waiter David, who can help you decide what to drink and to eat is a really professional in his work. 10/10

10/10We had great time at the restaurant. The staff were very very friendly and communicated easily in English (not very common for most of the places we visited in Puglia). The service was superb and the food was great as well! Strongly recommend it :)

10/10Because we enjoyed our first time so much, we decided, on our final night in Bari to return to Sapori Solari. We were not disappointed. Once again the food was amazing and the staff were the best. If you’re looking for a change from pasta and seafood come to Sapori Solari you will not be disappointed.

10/10Sapori Solari was suggested by our hotel host and did not disappoint. If you are a beef lover you MUST eat here because it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The service is super friendly and will make suggestions to ensure you get exactly what you want. We are in Bari for 6 nights and will definitely return.

10/10This was a great restaurant! The service was very friendly and attentive. The quality of the food was excellent, the flavours were amazing! Even as a vegetarian I was able to enjoy a great meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and it is excellent value for the food and service.

7.5/10It's a fine place, more to the expensive side. The pasta and the sides were excellent, the steak surprisingly rather mediocre. Attentive service, but the greediest glass of wine I have ever had. Overall, fine but not really up to the price.

7.5/10We had a bit of a mixed experience at this restaurant. The reservation was at 19:30 and I am aware that this is fairly early for Italian standards. However, when we got to the restaurant it was still closed, so we had to wait in front of it, even though we could see the staff preparing things inside. Shortly after 19:45 the restaurant opened. The staff was friendly and it was easy to communicate and order in English (the menu is also available in English). Both the beef entrana and the tris of tacos were excellent. We were not as happy with the ribs as they contained a lot of fat, but perhaps that is a matter of personal taste.
