We were a small group of 6, and the staff accommodated everything for our comfort, including recommendations for how to share some of the dishes/wines. Nice ambiance, will definitely go back once we return to Bari.

If you’re in Bari, book Sapori Solari. From the moment you walk in, you feel looked after. The hosting is warm, attentive and genuinely proud of what they serve. The food is outstanding. • Steak is divine on a hot plate so you decide how well you want it cooked. Deep flavour, great texture, finished simply and done right • Tartare on toast was fresh, balanced and full of bite • The cured meat selection was top quality, sliced well and paired properly You can tell care goes into every plate. Nothing feels rushed or overdone. Wine list is strong. Staff guide you without pushing. Service stays sharp all evening. If you want proper Italian produce, done with confidence and no fuss, this is the place. Easy five stars. I’ll be back.

The restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Everything about the experience felt special, but the meat was especially outstanding—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. It was easily the highlight of the meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

The Waiters barely speak English. In a place like that waiters must speak English, we couldn’t understand each other.

An amazing meal again. Enjoyed the pork this time and will have again for sure. Three others I was with were all quite pleased with their lunch, too. Wines were good. - a reWill absolutely return *again soon (we live in Polignano a Mare)!

We came specifically to eat steaks. I ordered a Florentine steak. It was the most expensive option. The meat and presentation were beautiful, but the taste was disappointing. I love the Florentine steak, but this one was very weak. Additionally, I was told that the steak would weigh at least 1 kilogram. However, it didn't seem to be that heavy, and the bill was for a kilogram. This was also a disappointment. They didn't weigh it, but they included it in the bill

The food was good, while steak is clearly the main attraction the crudiaola (orreciette) kind of stole the show for me! Good wine to accompany as well. Staff were friendly but it did feel a little rushed with more plates arriving before others had been cleared. We were not offered more drinks and it took quite a while to pay the bill which was strange.

It was a little confusing at first, as although menu lists some steaks at price per kilo, they are already cut. However, all the dishes we had were very good, with the steak excellently cooked and served. Friendly, helpful service and a good wine list. Great night
