If you’re in Bari, book Sapori Solari. From the moment you walk in, you feel looked after. The hosting is warm, attentive and genuinely proud of what they serve. The food is outstanding. • Steak is divine on a hot plate so you decide how well you want it cooked. Deep flavour, great texture, finished simply and done right • Tartare on toast was fresh, balanced and full of bite • The cured meat selection was top quality, sliced well and paired properly You can tell care goes into every plate. Nothing feels rushed or overdone. Wine list is strong. Staff guide you without pushing. Service stays sharp all evening. If you want proper Italian produce, done with confidence and no fuss, this is the place. Easy five stars. I’ll be back.

10/10The restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Everything about the experience felt special, but the meat was especially outstanding—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. It was easily the highlight of the meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

10/10An amazing meal again. Enjoyed the pork this time and will have again for sure. Three others I was with were all quite pleased with their lunch, too. Wines were good. - a reWill absolutely return *again soon (we live in Polignano a Mare)!
