9.5/10Went to This restaurant because of the reviews and closeness to my place, so I gave it a try and was an excellent surprise, this galician restaurant had very fresh seafood and some different plates worth trying, like the marinated herring with mango which is very tasty, also the portions of the plates are good enough to share, like the rice with duck an foie and verdinas with clams and boletus. I will definitely come back to try but will try the meat this time.

10/10Loved the rape, comfited artichokes and callos a la madrileña. We had lunch in the terrace on a hot spring day. They'll need to add a couple fans for those times when there's no breeze.

10/10Daniel the owner of this excellent Galician restaurant welcomed our party of 3 and sat us by the window. They immediately went on to serve us water and some taps to bible on while we looked at the menu. Daniel ca,e personally to our table to explain in exquisite detail the day’s specials. We ordered an excellent bottle of wine from the Ribera del Duero and decided on our menu. We started with the restaurant’s signature Zamburiñas, the best in town and Navajas. We proceeded to the main course, which was served at the appropriate time by Daniel himself. The food was to die for. I consider this my favorite Madrid restaurant by far, with awesome personal service and the best Galician food in town. 5 stars.

4.5/10We decided to come here and celebrate my birthday because of the good reviews from 2019. So this is a recent experience and a lot might have changed since then. Food - appetizers were good its fresh and well cooked. However, portion was really small. The main dish we ordered, which is the rice with blank ink, was salty and inedible Food is overpriced. The calamar that weighs +/- 1/4kl costs 26.00€. Service - When we were asked and told them that the rice with blank ink was too salty, the headwaiter just mumbled an incesere ¨I am sorry to hear that¨ and left. It seems that he was always in a rush and we really felt that we did not receive the attention we deserved. We waited for our food longer that we consumed it. Value for money - overpriced. With the amount of money you will spend here, you could have better food and service in other restaurants. Should you wish to enjoy your special day, I highly suggest not to go here.

El restaurante Saraiba son aires gallegos que toman el madrileño barrio Salamanca, cerca de donde van y vienen los metros de Príncipe de Vergara y Goya. Su dueño Daniel Ferreiro elige diariamente, en la lonja, pescados frescos de las Rías Gallegas, al mismo tiempo que selecciona carnes de buey gallego de suprema calidad.
La atmósfera del restaurante Saraiba se ambienta en paisajes de Galicia y se ayuda de ornamentas típicas gallegas. Su carta contiene manjares del calibre de Pulpo a la parrilla, Vitello tonnato con lechugas tiernas y encurtidos, Verduras y langostinos en tempura con salsa de soja y agridulce. Se supera con elaboraciones como Lubina salvaje al horno sobre lecho de patatas tiernas confitadas, Solomillo de buey gallego al carbón de encina, Cochinillo crujiente confitado y guarnición de chip de patatas moradas.
Y concluye con fina repostería casera, capaz de crear elementos tales como Rosa de manzana y crema ligera, Tiramisú y Filloa gallega rellena de crema. Reserva la planta baja para tus eventos exclusivos. ¡Repetirás!
