This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I called on 19 February at 20:55 to specifically order the duck for my dinner on 25 February. I made the effort to call several days in advance because I was coming especially for the duck, and the staff member who answered clearly confirmed the order under my name. However, upon arrival on 25 February, I was told there was no record of my order and that nothing could be done. Calling in advance to secure a dish only to be told it was never recorded demonstrates a serious lack of organization and accountability. I strongly suggest reviewing who handled the call at 20:55 on 19 February and why the order was not properly noted. This experience fell far below any reasonable expectation of professionalism.

Yum! We shared the SENsation duck as a group along with lots of appetizers. We ate every morsel and enjoyed every bite. While the food and service exceeded our expectations, the ambiance is just ok. i would highly recommend to locals and tourists alike.

We had dinner twice there and we love everything of this restaurant, from the style of their interior design to their beautiful tableware collection, from their wonderful service to their Cantonese cuisine with delicate flavors and fresh ingredients, everything elements of SENsation are impressive.
