5.5/10This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I called on 19 February at 20:55 to specifically order the duck for my dinner on 25 February. I made the effort to call several days in advance because I was coming especially for the duck, and the staff member who answered clearly confirmed the order under my name. However, upon arrival on 25 February, I was told there was no record of my order and that nothing could be done. Calling in advance to secure a dish only to be told it was never recorded demonstrates a serious lack of organization and accountability. I strongly suggest reviewing who handled the call at 20:55 on 19 February and why the order was not properly noted. This experience fell far below any reasonable expectation of professionalism.

9.5/10Yum! We shared the SENsation duck as a group along with lots of appetizers. We ate every morsel and enjoyed every bite. While the food and service exceeded our expectations, the ambiance is just ok. i would highly recommend to locals and tourists alike.
