10/10I recently dined at old shalimar and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The highlight, of course, was the food. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The chicken tikka masala was a standout, with its rich and creamy sauce, and the naan bread was perfectly soft and warm. The vegetarian options were equally delightful, with the paneer masala stealing the show.

9/10yummy food, great service but the corner seating was a bit cramped, it had heater next to it, so the positive side is that it kept us warm.

9.5/10The taste of the food is excellent.. It deserve the rating it has, Spice level is also maintained as choice. Serves Real Indian Paneer. Has very good spread of vegetarian food too.

10/10The food was beyond my expectation. It was so authentic and yummy. We enjoyed our dinner there. The service was good. They speak English and French both which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to go and try their dish. They served us with the papad complimentary service with green chilli sauce, mango mix pickle and sweet sauce.

9/10The food was divine. We had the butter chicken with the Shalimar and garlic naan- all delicious and the pilau rice is very good too. Price was so reasonable. Would definitely come back!

10/10We had an excellent meal at old shalimar. Never had this perfect butter chicken in my life . Have tried all the indian restaurants nearby . But here i found the butter chicken 🐔 at best . Do try it and you will see yourself :) . And thanks alot for the friendly service

6.5/10It was my third time to this resto and I have felt that he quality of food has changed … The naan felt dry, butter chicken lacked spices and taste, rice lacked salt .. I was disappointed The staff was really great tho!

8/10reserved through the fork, based on 30% discounts they offer. but when we ordered they said on sets discount is not valid, and on drink also, but on everything else from menu its -30%. OK, fer...we were informed before we confirmed. Food was quite good, service ok. Place was crowded (reservation on evening is needed), small tables, but they managed and it was pleasant. When we receved check, everything was full priced, so after we complain, the cashier (quite unpleasant women) told as a new rule...it must be ordered more then 25€ on person. So we paid and left restoran with bad feelings.. But food was ok and staff was polite, helpfull, so I recomend.

10/1010/10 Went there a couple of times already and loved it each time. The food is great, you're well-fed, the flavors are authentic and the service is very good. I had the biryani, the lamb massala, the mango lassi and the chicken tandoori and all of them were delicious! Definitely recommend !!

10/10Our early dinner here was amazing. Perfect in every way! Vegetable Samosa, chicken Saag, Chana masala all done to perfection! Sancere wine rouge wonderful and an amazing price! We will return when we come back to Paris next! Thank you!!
