It was my wife's birthday weekend in Paris and Shiro made it memorable. Food was excellent - Franco-Japanese fusion really gives you the best of both worlds. We decided to go la carte and had one of the best steaks we've ever eaten (Wagyu ribeye). The lobster was superb as well. What really completed our night was Albert's top notch and super attentive service. Highly recommended.

Truly exceptional. Wine pairings were sublime. Food was incredible. Service was perfect. If we lived here we would go every month for each new menu. Inventive, delicious, and the perfect amount of food.

The food is not good as expected. The sorbet dessert is unexpected bad as it almost melted completely when they came to our table. We would not come again unless there is something dramatically changed.

Food is really good. The service at the table as well. The only really disappointing thing is that they did not applied the 20% discount and added the cost of a bottle of water (€ 9.00). We had to double check the bill and ask for the refund.

Always enjoyed Japan-French fusion. we chose the 4-course lunch menu. The quality of all the dishes blend a good mix of flavours, texture and give traditional ingredients a new rendition. The use of the Japanese touch “lighten” the heavy seasoning of French dishes and Shiro delivers 100%. But i would say the service lacks enthusiasm and the staffers seem to lack a good spirit, may be it’s lunch and business was slow. but if u want a bit of fine dining without eating too much and in a convenient location, this still deserves a “thumbs up”

This is a thing of beauty. Designed to please all of the senses. There is both the Japanese and French commitment to best product and execution, but creates an experience where each plate is a pleasant surprise and reward in itself. I will reveal nothing for that reason. I took a 17 year old and a 12 year old boy and it was their favorite dinner we’ve had out. We chose the four course which in small portions achieved a satisfying experience for a BIG American and two good size American-Japanese boys.
