10/10It was my wife's birthday weekend in Paris and Shiro made it memorable. Food was excellent - Franco-Japanese fusion really gives you the best of both worlds. We decided to go la carte and had one of the best steaks we've ever eaten (Wagyu ribeye). The lobster was superb as well. What really completed our night was Albert's top notch and super attentive service. Highly recommended.

10/10Truly exceptional. Wine pairings were sublime. Food was incredible. Service was perfect. If we lived here we would go every month for each new menu. Inventive, delicious, and the perfect amount of food.

6/10+3The food is not good as expected. The sorbet dessert is unexpected bad as it almost melted completely when they came to our table. We would not come again unless there is something dramatically changed.

9/10Food is really good. The service at the table as well. The only really disappointing thing is that they did not applied the 20% discount and added the cost of a bottle of water (€ 9.00). We had to double check the bill and ask for the refund.
