10/10Modern cuisine. We had the five-course taster menu and everything on it was bursting with flavour and originality. The atmosphere was laid-back but the service was highly attentive without being oppressive. Highly recommended

10/10It was my wife's birthday weekend in Paris and Shiro made it memorable. Food was excellent - Franco-Japanese fusion really gives you the best of both worlds. We decided to go la carte and had one of the best steaks we've ever eaten (Wagyu ribeye). The lobster was superb as well. What really completed our night was Albert's top notch and super attentive service. Highly recommended.

10/10Truly exceptional. Wine pairings were sublime. Food was incredible. Service was perfect. If we lived here we would go every month for each new menu. Inventive, delicious, and the perfect amount of food.
