8/10Like imo it's 4 starts, mainly for the good experience. It's very good for the first time trying a hotpot, and the predefined menus are really helpful cos the food is really particular. Also the sauces table was very nice, the mixing and stuff and it was nice to have some guidance. Service I'd say a 4 cos they explained really well and we're welcoming. Price for what we paid a 5 but full price I would say 4, mainly because it was too much food and we stayed there 2h eating. It would have been more enjoyable half the quantity for half the price, but overall it was good.

8/10The restaurant was nice, we had a 3pm reservation and the staff wasn't too happy about it, since the kitchen closed at 3:45pm. Been here on various occassions, this time it felt subpar to their usual level of service.

10/10We are going regulary for over an year and we have never been disappointed. There were a few times we went later than usual and it was almost full so I would recommend to boo a table in advance if going at a later hour

10/10It was amazing! The first time I tried the hot pot and I can say I’m not disappointed. We had a big one for 3 persons, shared in 2. The spicy beef was really spicy, which I loved.

10/10What the previous reviewers said remains true: very tasty meal and super accommodating staff, ESPECIALLY the employee with the glasses whose name I did not get but she was delightful. We’ve eaten Hot Pot multiple times and this was some of the best.

8/10If you like Sichuan hot pot then this is as good as it gets, certainly authentic full of Chinese youngsters the night we were there... Somewhere you should take the 'picante' seriously but that's Sichuan cuisine. I love spice and I had medium and it was very spicey! Restaurant has the added attraction of a robot waiter!! ????

8/10Good experience overall. Ingredients were fresh, concept was fun. Accommodating for all types of dietary needs. Robot (yes, really) server was interesting. One suggestion, staff could help us choose a bit better. Nice to break up the Spanish food.
