8.5/10I am working at the Buas so maybe a bit biased, but I was terribly proud of our young students' level of service, the food quality and the lovely time we had!

9/10Overall really nice food and staff, just small suggestions: - place a little spoon for the salt and oil that is brought to eat with the bread - the table was a little bit wobbly, so maybe check this But apart from this it was a really pleasant experience!

10/10You can’t get better value for money and in a beautifully decorated, modern dining room. The students who are learning there are welcoming and friendly. Very professional. Many restaurants could take a page from their book.

9/10Great and delicious food. The students, although all very young and new in their roles; presented an excellent lunch with good care for service and the food quality exceeded my expectations. Overall, very nice experience and defiantly a restaurant I would visit again.

10/10Very tasty food with very nice service. There is fixed menu with two different main dish option. Also if you are vegetarian you can tell them to prepare vegetarian food.

10/10What a value for money. Service is outstanding and atmosphere is great. We took the seasonal asparagus / salmon combination with some very nicely paired white wines.

About this restaurant
Restaurant Sibelicious, located at the Monseigneur Hopmansstraat in Breda, is a training company for the Academy of Hotel & Facility Management of Breda University of Applied Sciences. In Sibelicious, students develop their skills by managing and running their own restaurant. Hence, developing and production of the menus, preparation and service are done by the professionals of the future! You can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, with menus that are adjusted to the season. Besides the restaurant, Sibelicious also features different catering concepts, a reception, a bar and services for meetings and events. A 3 course lunch menu costs € 18.00- per person (excl. drinks). A 3 course dinner menu costs € 28.00- per person (excl. drinks). Due to subsequent classes the restaurant will close at 14.00 o'clock after lunch. For dinner the latest time to arrive is 18.30, because of students' schedules. The main language in the restaurant is English. On Monday for lunch, a three-course set menu is served because of the learning setting of our students. In this menu, only allergies are taken into account.
