a typical tasteful cuisine of the island with such a southern decoration. You feel Sicilia everywhere. Reasonable price for Rome. Not a touristic place... Strongly recommended!

Best food on our entire trip to Italy! Great selection of seafood dishes. Beautiful restaurant, nicely decorated with pleasant and friendly staff. Everything we had here was incredible.

We used to live in Rome and Siciliainbocca was a favorite of ours then. Coming back,8 years later, we wanted to revisit our faves and reminisce about those wonderful years. Siciliainbocca was as good as we remembered and I felt extremely fortunate to be there on couscous night to enjoy couscous ala pesce. Fabulous! Our server - on fact the entire staff - was terrific. Bravissimo!

The restaurant was decked out in Christmas lights and colorful Sicilian shades of the sun, blue and green making it a very festive atmosphere to eat delicious fish dishes.

A Sicilian friend recommended we go here to enjoy the food from his home. We are so glad he did! The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and the ambiance in the outside area was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service, good food, nice ambiance. Somewhat more expensive than an average restaurant in Rome (expect at least 60-70 Euro per person for a full dinner) but then it’s fish and seafood that they specialize in.

A beautiful restaurant that serves authentic and delicious Sicilian food. Everything was fresh, especially the seafood and pasta, and cooked just right. Nothing is too salty or greasy. The desserts are heavenly. We love the very pleasant service too. We had been here twice and will definitely go back again.

We loved everything about Sicilianbocca, the service, the food and the atmosphere. We cannot wait to go back to Rome and visit again! The pasta was fresh & light, very tasty. The fish was excellent!

I'm sorry to say but this restaurant didn't meet our expectations at all! Everything is overpriced - of all the restaurants I've eaten in Italy, it is the first time I ever paid a bottle of water 3€, we only ate one tiny slice of bread and they charged us onr "pane" for each one of us. As for the food, it was only okay and nothing more - I've already eaten much better food in Rome less expensive than that (maybe because it's near the Vatican?) The service was fast until the end: waited exactly 35 minutes after they said they would bring the bill until they actually brought it. I suggest only eat here if you have no other choice and your ready to pay a lot for okay food or if you a discount. The only plus side was that there is a parking at your disposal.

This is the best Sicilian restaurant in Roma. Excellent selection of fresh fish, bountiful antipasti and stellar desserts. The staff is wonderful, good-humored, helpful. It gets very busy on Saturday nights, so making a reservation is advised.
