We used to live in Rome and Siciliainbocca was a favorite of ours then. Coming back,8 years later, we wanted to revisit our faves and reminisce about those wonderful years. Siciliainbocca was as good as we remembered and I felt extremely fortunate to be there on couscous night to enjoy couscous ala pesce. Fabulous! Our server - on fact the entire staff - was terrific. Bravissimo!

The restaurant was decked out in Christmas lights and colorful Sicilian shades of the sun, blue and green making it a very festive atmosphere to eat delicious fish dishes.

A Sicilian friend recommended we go here to enjoy the food from his home. We are so glad he did! The food was delicious, the service was perfect, and the ambiance in the outside area was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Excellent service, good food, nice ambiance. Somewhat more expensive than an average restaurant in Rome (expect at least 60-70 Euro per person for a full dinner) but then it’s fish and seafood that they specialize in.

Unfortunately I found the place disappointing.The people were very nice but we wanted some information on the wine as they only have Sicilian (which we are not familiar with)And they had none that seemed to know anything about them.Food was salty we asked for extra spicy it was pretty bland.It is also very old fashioned decor more of a family neighborhood place not somewhere you go for the ambiance or atmosphere.

Set in a refeshingly quiet neighborhood after the tourist madness of central Rome, this Sicilian regional did not disappoint. We stretched ourselves in ordering some traditional Sicilian dishes which were all expertly prepared. Our server gave us good counsel on his favorites. The mixed appetizer of lightly fried Zucchini and Calamari was fantastic as was the rolled eggplant starter. All three pasta dishes were excellent, although the simplest - Spagetti alla Vongole - was especially good. If you want something with bolder and more unusual flavors and texture, go with the Pasta alla Sard. The Cannoli and Lemon Sorbetto were about the best we ever had. Great wine list, but just Sicilian Wines. Stick to the Etna selections. So glad we found this wonderful restaurant.

Food was phenomenal! Crespelle di neonata started the meal and was light, crispy, and a delicate but pleasing flavor. The risotto profumo bright and summery, the pistaccio and prawn dish was wonderful and even nostalgic. A Salsiccia and a prawn dish for seconds were both very tasty, and both desserts were excellent. Service was swift and attentive - but not rushed- even as it got busy. Staff was great and welcoming despite our struggling language skills. We both agree that it may very well be impossible to leave this cheerful, colorful place without a smile on one’s face! Certainly worth the walk to Prati, Will recommend to friends!

A beautiful restaurant that serves authentic and delicious Sicilian food. Everything was fresh, especially the seafood and pasta, and cooked just right. Nothing is too salty or greasy. The desserts are heavenly. We love the very pleasant service too. We had been here twice and will definitely go back again.

We loved everything about Sicilianbocca, the service, the food and the atmosphere. We cannot wait to go back to Rome and visit again! The pasta was fresh & light, very tasty. The fish was excellent!

I'm sorry to say but this restaurant didn't meet our expectations at all! Everything is overpriced - of all the restaurants I've eaten in Italy, it is the first time I ever paid a bottle of water 3€, we only ate one tiny slice of bread and they charged us onr "pane" for each one of us. As for the food, it was only okay and nothing more - I've already eaten much better food in Rome less expensive than that (maybe because it's near the Vatican?) The service was fast until the end: waited exactly 35 minutes after they said they would bring the bill until they actually brought it. I suggest only eat here if you have no other choice and your ready to pay a lot for okay food or if you a discount. The only plus side was that there is a parking at your disposal.

This is the best Sicilian restaurant in Roma. Excellent selection of fresh fish, bountiful antipasti and stellar desserts. The staff is wonderful, good-humored, helpful. It gets very busy on Saturday nights, so making a reservation is advised.
